Honey Mustard Potato Salad

A nice salad for a summer bar-b-que or anytime. My family likes this salad anytime of the year. Recipe from Better Homes and Garden.
Ingredients:
3 lbs red potatoes, with skin cooked, cooled and cubed
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
2 (4 1/4 ounce) cans lindsay chopped ripe olives
1/2 cup finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 cup finely diced fresh fennel (anise)
1/2 cup finely diced red be pepper
kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper (optional)
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, honey, mustard, lemon juice, horseradish, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
2. . Add olives, cheese, fennel and red pepper; mix well. Add potatoes; mix well.
3. Season to taste with salt and pepper if desired. Chill at least one hour before serving.
