Honey Mustard Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp dijon mustard
Directions:
1. Trim fat from tenderloin, sprinkle with pepper.
2. Coat large skillet with cooking spray, add oil and heat.
3. Add tenderloin and brown for 10 minutes.
4. Place tenderloin on rack coated with cooking spray; place rack in shallow roasting pan.
5. In small bowl mix vinegar, honey, mustard, and brush over tenderloin.
6. Cook tenderloin in 400 oven for 50 minutes, basting often.
