Oven baked chicken strips with corn flakes instead of high-calorie breading. Yummy! Ingredients:
1/2 cup hellmann's light mayonnaise |
2 tbsp dijon mustard |
2 tbsp honey |
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast |
1 1/2 cups corn flakes, crushed |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425. Cut chicken breasts into strips. 2. In medium bowl, combine mayo, mustard and honey; reserve 1/2 for dipping. 3. Add chicken to remaining half mayo mixture, stir to coat, then roll in crumbs. 4. Bake 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve with reserved honey mustard sauce. |
