Make you next get together easy. Slice apples and pears and put in zip lock baggies. Top with unsweeted pinapple juice to prevent browning. Can keep in ice box for up to 2 days. That way your not to tired when guest arrive
Ingredients:
1 (15 oz) mini brie
1/4 cup honey mustard
1/2 cup sliced almonds or chopped pecans,toasted
apple or pear wedges
1 (6 oz) canned unsweetened pineapple juice
Directions:
1. Remove rind frome top of Brie, cutting to within 1/2 inch of outside edges. Place the Brie on a large serving plate. Spead honey mustard over the top and sprinkle with nuts
2. Cover and let stand at room temperature at least 1 hour
3. Arrange fruit around Brie, Serve immediately
