You can use this good glaze for grilling sausages, meats, chicken or fish. Its taste is very good. Enjoy it. Ingredients:
1 cup honey |
1 cup dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons cider vinegar |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. Score each sausage with 6 small cuts.
2. Cook sausages, chicken, pork, fish or steaks on hot barbecue grill, basting generously every minute or so for 6-8 minutes and turning frequently until meat is well cooked from inside and browned.
