When it comes to this tangy fruit dip, I don’t mind my kids playing with their food. We like to dip strawberries, but friends have reported great results with pears, bananas and more. —Shelly Bevington-Fisher, Hermiston, Oregon
Ingredients:
2 cups (16 ounces) plain yogurt
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon grated lime peel
assorted fresh fruit
Directions:
1. Whisk the yogurt, honey, lime juice and lime peel in a small bowl. Refrigerate until serving. Serve with fruit. Yield: 2 cups.
