Ingredients:
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drain and reserve 1/4 cup juice
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 banana, sliced
1 cup strawberry, sliced
1 kiwi fruit, sliced
1/4 teaspoon grated lemon, rind of
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon honey
Directions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients.
2. For dressing, stir reserved pineapple juice with last three ingredients.
3. Toss fruit and dressing.
