Another Magic Box recipe. This can also be used in your regular oven in is very tasty. Cook time has been omitted since that will depend on what cut of meat you are using. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons honey |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon cornstarch |
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
3 lbs pork (chops, loin, etc.) |
Directions:
1. Microwave the glaze ingredients in a micro-safe container until cornstarch is dissolved. Brush on meat and grill as directed by your convection oven handbook.
