Honey Glazed Carrots

Great carrot recipe good all year long. A tried and true favorite in my household. Enjoy
Ingredients:
3 cups sliced carrots
6 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1-1/2 teaspoons dijon mustard
Directions:
1. Bring 2” of salted water to a boil in medium saucepan over high heat.
2. Add carrots and return to a boil then reduce heat to medium.
3. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until carrots are crisp tender.
4. Drain carrots then return to saucepan.
5. Stir in honey, butter, parsley and mustard then cook and stir over low heat until well glazed.
