Ingredients:
2 (3/4 lb) pork tenderloin
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup oyster sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon minced fresh gingerroot
1 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon catsup
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
fresh parsley sprig (optional)
Directions:
1. Place tenderloins in an 11x7x1 1/2 inch baking dish. Combine honey and next 9 ingredients, stirring well and pour over tenderloins. Cover and marniate in refrigerator 8 hours, turning occasionally. Remove tenderloins from marinade, reserving marinade. Grill tenderloins over medium-hot coals 25 to 30 minutes, turning often and basting with reserved marinade. Pork is done when meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion registers 160 degrees. To serve, slice tenderloins thinly, and arrange on a serving platter. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
