A delicious fruit salad that you may substitute the fruits of your choice. Really easy to make and goes with any summer barbeque. Recipe is originally from Southern Living.
Ingredients:
1 cup white grape juice
3 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
1 pint strawberry, halved
3 oranges, sectioned
1/2 honeydew melon, chopped
1 cup green seedless grape
Directions:
1. Stir together grape juice, honey, and ginger in a large bowl.
2. Add remaining ingredients, tossing to coat.
3. Serve immediately.
