Honey Ginger Chicken Stir Fry

This will need to be marinated overnight for the best flavor.
Ingredients:
1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut in 1 inch slices
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 tablespoons dry sherry
2 tablespoons finely diced ginger
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce (tamari)
2 teaspoons five-spice powder
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
Directions:
1. Combine chicken with marinade ingredients, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
2. Heat the oil in a wok. Add half the marinated chciken with the marinade and stirfry 1 minute. Remove from wok with a slotted spoon and set asidew. Add remaining chicken and stirfry 1 minute. Return the reserved chicken to the wok with soy sauce and stirfry 2 more minutes. chicken should be just cooked through and slightly carmelized. Serve.
