Honey Ginger Chicken (Crock Pot)

I haven't tried this one yet, but I thought I would share it with you. I got this from a friend of the family.
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts (skin on)
1/3 cup melted unsalted butter
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons lemons or 2 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Directions:
1. Combine melted butter, honey, lemon/lime juice and ground ginger in a bowl.
2. Mix well.
3. Place chicken in crock pot. Pour mixture over chicken and cook on low for 6 hours.
4. Spoon mixture over chicken periodically to make sure it gets covered in the sauce.
