Honey Ginger Buttercream Frosting

I made a carrot cake tonight,but didnt have any cream cheese.So I topped it with this.But it would be good on many types of cakes.
Ingredients:
3/4 cups-/1 1/2 sticks,butter softened to room temp.
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4-to-1/2 cup honey
2-3 tsp.fresh grated ginger,or 1 tsp.ground dry ginger
1/2 tsp.vanilla
1/2 cup,finely minced crystallized ginger
Directions:
1. Beat butter in medium bowl until creamy.Add sugar beat on high until smooth.Add honey and grated or dry ginger.(The recipe called for 1/2 cup honey but I used less).
2. Beat another minute,before adding vanilla.Continue to beat 3 more minutes.Stir in crystallized ginger by hand.
3. This frosted a 9X13 cake.If frosting a layer cake I would double recipe.
4. When cake frosted,chill to set frosting.
