Figs are so fabulous that you will be falling for this simple recipe! Paired with creamy blue cheese and crackers, you're in for a treat! Adapted from Good Cooking by Jill Dupleix.
Ingredients:
4 figs
1 tablespoon honey
blue cheese
oat cracker (or your favorite)
Directions:
1. Halve the figs, lay on a sheet of foil, and drizzle with the honey.
2. Broil for about 5 minutes. Remove from th oven and place on plate.
3. Serve with a creamy blue cheese and oat crackers. Enjoy!
