Ingredients:

  • 16 chicken strips
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 tbsp black pepper
  • 4 tbsp salt
  • 4 tbsp paprika
  • 2/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 6 tbsp bbq sauce
  • 1 cup honey

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Stir together flour, pepper, salt & paprika.
  3. Roll chicken in flour mixture.
  4. Place strips on greased cookie sheet.
  5. Place in oven for 10 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile make the sauce:
  7. Mix the remaining ingredients together.
  8. After chicken has cooked for 10 minutes, flipit.
  9. Pour the sauce over the chicken and bake for 10 more minutes.
  10. Flip the chicken again and cook a final 5 minutes.
