A delicious low-fat treat
Ingredients:
2 cups unbleached flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 cup bananas
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup skim milk
Directions:
1. 1 combine dry ingredients
2. 2 add in wet ingredients, stir until just mixed
3. 3 place in non stick 8X4 loaf pan bake at 325 for 40-50 minutes until tooth pick inserted in center comes out clean.
4. 4 let set 10 minutes slice into 16 slices and serve
