Ingredients:
1 large acorn squash
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450.
2. Wash squash and cut in half. Remove and discard seeds. Place squash on a foil lined pan.
3. In a medium bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. Brush squash with butter mixture.
4. Bake 30-35 minutes.
