Honey and Chili Beef With Beans

The vinegar gives this dish its refreshing flavour. Lamb can be substituted for beef and a different type of beans could be used.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons oil
500 g ground beef
1 red capsicum, cut into strips
1 green capsicum, cut into strips
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 red chilies, chopped
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground paprika
1 cup beef stock
1/2 cup tomato paste
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
440 g white beans
Directions:
1. Fry the beef in the oil until well browned.
2. Add onion, capsicum, garlic, chillies, ginger, cumin and paprika and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add stock, tomato paste, honey vinegar and soy sauce. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered for 10 minutes.
4. Add drained white beans and cook for a further 10 minutes or until mixture has reduced and thickened.
