Honey Acorn Squash

Ingredients:
1 acorn squash
3/4 cup(s) crushed honey graham cereal
optional brown or white sugar
1/4 cup(s) softened butter
Directions:
1. Cut squash in half, remove all the seeds and strings, then quarted to make 8 slices.
2. Roll in or rub butter over meat of the squash. Sprinkle with sugar. (optional) Place Honey Graham Cereal or Honey Nut Cheerios in plastic bag and pound with hammer to bread crumb consistency. (may also use a food processor) Roll each piece in the cereal or sprinkle over each piece til covered. Place on microwave-safe plate in microwave on high for 5 minutes or on ungreased pie plate in oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
3. Serve.
