I got this recipe from a co-worker when I lived in Florida.
Ingredients:
2 (14 ounce) cans hominy, drained
2 (4 ounce) cans chopped green chilies
4 tablespoons butter
16 ounces sour cream
1 1/2 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Butter a 2 1/2 quart cassserole.
3. Combine all ingredients and bake for 30 minutes.
