2 lb loaf, cut into 12 slices, then each slice cut in half
Ingredients:
2 c water
2 t butter
1/3 c brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
4 1/3 c whole wheat flour
1/3 c ground flax seed
3 t wheat gluten
1 t yeast
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in bread machine in order listed, set for whole wheat bread 1.5 or 2 lb loaf (due to large amount of whole wheat flour, loaf does not generally rise to 2 lb size)
