Homemade Tortillas

We're not able to get Tortillas in Chiang Rai, Thailand where we live, so we make our own! It's fun to get the kids involved with tortilla making as part of mexican night.
Ingredients:
3 cups flour – all purpose or bread
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup water
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients and add additional flour, a little at a time, until the dough is not sticky.
2. Flatten into a Tortilla shape on a well floured cutting board or counter.
3. Cook on a hot, dry (ungreased) skillet on both sides.
4. Start stacking!
