This is pretty easy and has a little more zip than store bought
Ingredients:
1 gallon fresh tomato
1 quart vinegar
1 quart sugar
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
1 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon salt
Directions:
1. crush tomatoes through a colander.
2. combine all ingriedients in a large pan.
3. simmer and stir frequently until desired thickness.
