Pizza with ground beef, cooked and drained. Topped with vegetables and cheese. Yum!
Ingredients:
3/4 tsp salt
4 cups flour
2 tsp active dry yeast
1 1/4 cups water
3 tbsp canola oil
1 lb. hamburger, browned
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 small onion, minced
1 bell pepper, chopped
15 oz. (great value) tomato sauce
4 oz. (shurfine) mushrooms
1/2 cup (great value) pitted ripe olives
2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. black pepper
Directions:
1. mix bread ingredients. Let rise in warm place for 1 hour and a half. Brown hamburger. press dough into jelly roll pan. Put sauce on, then meat, then prepared veggies, and lastly, cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown at 375 degrees.
