Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour (120 grams = 4 1/4 ounces) or 1 cup whole wheat flour, weighs (140 grams = 4 7/8 ounces)
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4-1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in airtight container shake and store.
