very simple to make summer sausage type this also freezes well
Ingredients:
2 lbs hamburger
1 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon liquid smoke
1 tablespoon mustard seeds
2 tablespoons morton's tender quick
3/4 cup water
Directions:
1. Mix together well; roll like salami and place in foil, covering completely.
2. Refrigerate 24 hours.
3. Bake 1 hour at 350 in foil in a pan to catch grease.
4. Cool and wrap in new foil.
5. Keep refrigerated.
