A quick and easy pre or post workout snack
Ingredients:
9 ounces yams
9 egg whites
6 tablespoons applesauce
3 scoops vanilla protein powder
Directions:
1. Boil yams. Then mix all ingredients together in a blender. Place in 9 by 9 baking pan and bake for 30 minutes.
