Ingredients:
140 ml water
15 ml olive oil
225 g flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon yeast
Directions:
1. In a bowl, pour water, then add oil and yeast.
2. Stir and let sit for 10 minutes.
3. Add flour and knead it a little, till combined, but not formed into a ball.
4. Add salt and sugar and knead till the dough is smooth.
5. Cover the dough with a clean, dry dish towel and let it rest for an hour before using.
