Homemade pizza. One serving is one slice. You can change toppings as desired. A healthier substitution would be whole wheat flour but I didn't have any on hand.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups unbleached flour
1 tsp yeast
1 cup water
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 oz pizza sauce
4 oz mozzerella cheese
1 bell pepper
1/2 onion
1 serving turkey pepperoni
Directions:
1. Disolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let soak for 10 minutes.
2. Preheat oven to 350.
3. Mix spices with olive oil then add flour and olive oil mixture to yeast mixture gradually. Knead dough then let sit for 5 minutes.
4. Spread dough on floured surface or hand spread to pizza stone or pan.
5. Top with cheese and other toppings.
6. Bake in oven for 25 minutes or until desired doneness.
