Homemade Pancakes

This are excellent pancakes, but they can be a little salty. You may want to reduce the salt.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 1/4 cups milk
1 egg
3 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together until thoroughly blended.
2. Heat an electric skillet or frying pan to medium high. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot skillet and cook until cooking side is brown or bubbles cease to form in the batter. Flip and cook until brown (or desired state of cooking is reached).
3. Remove from skillet and enjoy with your choice of condiments (butter, syrup, whip cream, strawberries, peanutbutter, etc.)
