Great Homemade Pancakes that your whole family will enjoy! Put the boxed to the side and try real pancakes. If you like fruit in your pancakes, you can always add strawberries, blueberries, peaches or what ever you like. Prep time 10 min.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 3/4 cups whole milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (or to your taste)
4 tablespoons melted butter
2 cups flour
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. In a (medium) bowl combine: Eggs, Milk, Butter, and Vanilla Extract.
2. In a separate (larger) bowl combine: Flower, Powder Sugar, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Sugar, Salt.
3. Pour liquid mixture in to larger bowl (flour mixture) and stir until you get a batter of medium texture. If batter is too thick add more milk; if batter is too thin add more flour.
4. Preheat pan on a medium/high heat.
5. Pour batter until you have around a 4inch circle.
6. Wait until one side is golden brown before flipping.
