Homemade Muesli

Ingredients:
200 g oats
200 g barley
200 g rye flakes
4 tablespoons wheat germ
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
3 tablespoons raisins or 3 tablespoons sultanas
8 dried apricots, finely chopped
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a large storage container and keep in a cool place.
2. Add any other nuts, seeds or dried fruits you like.
3. Have a bowlful of this with fresh milk, natural yoghurt or soya milk.
4. You may find this easier to digest if you leave your bowl of muesli to soak overnight in milk or apple juice.
