Homemade Mackin' Cheese

Ingredients:
1 cup(s) low fat milk
1 box(es) ziti boiled
1 bunch(es) cilantro chopped
1 tablespoon(s) oil
1 tablespoon(s) salt
6 strip(s) bacon crispy
1 teaspoon(s) saz³n with tomato and coriander
1 teaspoon(s) pepper
1 package(s) low moisture part skim mozzarella finely shredded
1/3 cup(s) parmesan cheese
1/4 cup(s) bread crumbs plain or italian style
1 tablespoon(s) flour
Directions:
1. ) Boil the ziti with oil and salt until ready. Set aside
2. ) Fry the bacon in a until crispy and set aside on paper towels. Chop up into small bits. Drain most of the fat except 1tsp of it.
3. ) Turn oven on at 350 degrees.
4. ) In a saucepan at medium heat, take 1tsp of the bacon fat and combine with flour.
5. Slowly combine milk and whisk until sauce becomes slightly thickened.
6. Combine pepper, salt, Sazón with Tomato and Coriander. When fully mixed combine a handful of mozzarella and mix.
7. ) Combine ziti, bacon, sauce, cilantro on an oven pan. Spread rest of mozzarella and parmesan cheese to your liking as well as breadcrumbs and place in oven for 10 minutes.
