Homemade Macaroni and Cheese

A tasty alternative to boxed mac and cheese.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
3 cups milk
1 tablespoon flour
salt
pepper
1 (16 ounce) box noodles
2 cups cheddar cheese (or a mixture of cheeses)
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a large frying pan.
2. Add 1 cup of milk and 1 Tbsp flour; stir until thick.
3. Add salt and pepper.
4. Cook and drain noodles.
5. Add noodles to pan.
6. Stir in 2 cups cheese and mix well.
7. Place in baking dish, cover, and bake for 30 min at 350 degrees.
