Quick and easy burgers the kids can make on the weekend, or you can enjoy,high protein,low carb!!!!
Ingredients:
4 lge pita breads
4 ready made beef burgers (buy from local butcher)
1 lge tomato, sliced
1 lge onion, sliced
1/4 iceberg lettuce, shredded
1/4 cup tasty cheese, grated
tomato chutney
Directions:
1. Heat pita bread in low heated oven.
2. grill or (dry fry in non stick frying pan)beef patties until cooked thru,.
3. fry onion.
4. take pita bread out of oven.
5. arrange patties,cheese,lettuce,onion,tomato,and tomato chutney,on top of a pita bread,.
6. roll pita bread up.
7. and enjoy!
