I was given this recipe from a frugal friend. Irish cream is expensive but this recipe makes it more economical. Use like you would an Irish cream. It is delicious!
Ingredients:
1 can sweetened condensed milk
12 ounces half-and-half
8 ounces whiskey or 8 ounces scotch
1/4 teaspoon rum extract
1/4 teaspoon brandy extract
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
1 teaspoon chocolate flavoring
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in blender for 1 minute on medium setting. 2. Refrigerate. 3. Will keep for 1 month in refrigerator. 4. Use like Bailey's Irish Cream.
