104 grams is roughly a half cup. delicious hummus!
Ingredients:
3 cups cooked garbanzo beans or 2 cans 15.5 oz garbanzos (rinsed and drained)
5 garlic cloves, minced
3 scallions, minced
1/3 cup tahini
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 salt, pepper, cayenne pepper to taste
Directions:
1. put all ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree.
2. serve as dip or sandwich spread.
