Ingredients:
4 cups rolled oats
2 cups coconut
2 cups sliced almonds
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup honey
2 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp sugar
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Toss oats, coconut and almonds.
3. Whisk together the oil and honey.
4. Pour the liquids over the oat mixture and stir until all oats and nuts are coated.
5. Pour onto a 13x18 baking sheet.
6. Bake, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is a nice golden brown.
7. Cool completely. Mix in other ingredients for a variety of granola flavors .
