This is a slightly modified version of another recipe (I added flax seed in place of part of the oats). Each serving is 1/2 cup.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
1/2 cup golden flax seed
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/8 cup sliced almonds
1/8 cup pumpkin seeds
40 grams (1/2 cup) shredded coconut
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup dried cranberries
Directions:
1. Mix all but cranberries together and bake at 325 for 45 minutes to an hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
2. Let cool and add cranberries.
