Just as good as the granola at the store, but made from common kitchen goods. Great for the frugal who don't want to spend a ton on storebought granola. Can be customized with the addition of raisins and/or nuts.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup calorie-free brown sugar substitute
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup vegetable oil
5 cups oats
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Mix brown sugar, oil, and honey in saucepan until sugar dissolves.
2. Combine dry ingredients in latge cake pan.
3. Pour sugar mixture over dry mixture; mix well.
4. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
