Homemade fajitas that are easy, quick and filling!
Ingredients:
2 chicken breast
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp cumin
2 tablespoons hot sauce
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 yellow onion
4 fat free flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Cut chicken into thin strips add to pan heated with 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil.
2. When chicken is almost cooked, all vegetables, spices, and hot sauce with up to 1/4 cup water if need be.
3. Allow food to cook for up to 8 minutes more until water has cooked into food and veggies creating a paste over the food.
4. Serve with 4 fat free tortillas and add 1/4 cup shredded cheddar.
