Homemade Eggnog

Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 tablespoons rum or 2 tablespoons rye whiskey or 2 tablespoons brandy
3 cups milk or 3 cups cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup sugar or 1/4 cup honey
nutmeg
Directions:
1. Combine eggs, milk, sugar, rum and vanilla in blender or food processor. Blend until thoroughly mixed.
2. Serve in a chilled glass, topped with a dash of nutmeg.
