Great for the holidays. I usually make this with Kahluah. Make sure to use only grade A, uncracked eggs. Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated) |
1 1/4 cups your favorite liqueur (coffee, orange, mint, etc.) |
1 cup whipping cream |
4 eggs |
Directions:
1. In blender container, combine all ingredients; Blend until smooth.
2. Serve over ice.
3. Store tightly covered in refrigerator upt o one month. Stir before serving.
