Ingredients:
4 1/2 cup(s) all-purpose flour
1 package(s) quick rising active dry yeast
1 1/4 cup(s) milk
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
1/4 cup(s) sugar
1/4 cup(s) butter
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
2 eggs
6 tablespoon(s) butter softened
1/2 cup(s) brown sugar
4 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
1 cup(s) powdered sugar
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
4-5 teaspoon(s) milk
Directions:
1. Combine 1.5 C. flour and yeast in large mixing bowl. Heat the 1.25 C. milk, vanilla, sugar, butter, salt, and cinnamon just until mixture is warm, stirring constantly. Add to flour mixture along with eggs. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed for 30 sec. Beat on high speed for 3 min. Stir in as much of the remaining flour as you can. Knead in enough fo the remaining flour to make a maderately soft dough (3-5 min total). Shape dough intoa ball. Place in a lightly greased bowl turning once. Cover and le rise in a warm place util double in size (1-1.5 hrs : Dough is ready when you can push two fingers in 1/2 and indentation remains.) Punch down dough and divide in half. Place each half on a lightly floured surface and dmoth into a ball. Cover and let rest for 10 min.
2. On a lightly floured surface, roll half the dough into a 12x8 rectangle. Spread with 3 T of butter. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle half over rectangle. Roll up from short side. Seal edges (brushing edges with water makes them easier to seal.) Repeat with remaining dough. Slice one roll into 8 pieces and the other roll into 7 pieces. Arrange slices evenly cute side up in greased 9x13 baking dish. Cover and let rise until nearly doubled (30 min). Bake at 350 Deg F for 25-40 min or until light brown. Invert once onto wire rack, invert again. Cool slightly. Drizle rolls with a glaze made by combining the powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk. Serve rolls warm or store in air tight container.
