Homemade Chilli cooked in slow-cooker
Ingredients:
20 oz beans, hot chilli
20 oz diced tomatoes, canned undrained
15 1/2 oz can tomato sauce
15 1/2 oz kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 pound ground beef, 80% lean/20% fat
1 1/3 cups onions, diced
2 cups water
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef, onions in skillet until onions are opaque. Sprinkle salt, pepper, chilli powder to taste.
2. Add all other ingredients in crock pot.
3. Add ground beef mixture. Cook in crock pot for 8 to 10 hours.
