Homemade Chicken Salad

The apples, grapes & celery were guesses. You could add more or less. Feel free to change the amount of mayonnaise, I just wanted a correct measurement and decided to use a cup. It tastes great and is really really filling!!!
Ingredients:
1 cup red seedless grapes
1 cup chopped red apples
1 cup chopped celery
7 oz chicken breast
3 oz colby jack cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp lemon pepper
1/2 tsp celery salt
1 cup low fat mayonnaise
Directions:
1. Put Chicken on skillet with dab of oil. When halfway cooked sprinkle garlic powder & lemon pepper onto both sides of chicken. Flip and cook until completely cooked through.
2. As chicken cooks, wash all produce. Dice apples, celery, and cheese. Combine with grapes in a large bowl.
3. When chicken is finished cooking. Dice up the chicken and add to the bowl.
4. Add mayo, the celery salt & last of the other seasonings. Stir.
5. Serve on bread or pita.... and enjoy!
