Ingredients:
2 cups heavy cream
salt
garlic, honey, herbs, etc
Directions:
1. Pour the cream into food processor and process until the butter separates from the buttermilk, several minutes.
2. Rinse with cold water and strain, pressing out all liquid.
3. Stir in salt.
4. You have free reign here, add a little honey, citrus zest, garlic and/or herbs, sky's the limit!
