Ingredients:
1/2 cup applesauce
2/3 cup brown sugar
4 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350, PAM and flour.
2. Mix sugar with liquid ingredients.
3. Mix in dry ingredients.
4. Bake for 25-30 min, do not overbake.
