Homemade Breakfast Sausage. I'm guessing at servings.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs ground pork
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh sage leaves
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh thyme leaves
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary leaf
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, mix well & make into thin patties.
2. Freeze some, cook some.
